So far, it's not working for me. I uploaded a very small GEDCOM of 385 people, less than 2MB. Landing page says it's ready, but the page just pulses - I can't see or do anything.

I've tried 4 different browsers; I've cleared FS cookies - same no result, just a pulsing grey and white page. Picture this pulsing:

It's been 3 hours.

This is obviously pulling the info from FSFT. Should the algorithm be doing this? It doesn't attach, and gives an error.

While this system is pre-release because we are still adding a few essential and requested features, it is NOT beta. This is running on production servers and is as real and permanent as the FamilySearch Family Tree is. Please bring your best genealogical data and conduct your best research as you evaluate the system.

Loading fictitious data is a violation of the FamilySearch terms of use. It will trigger numerous software alarms in the system programmed to look for that sort of thing and you might be contacted by the support teams to discuss not doing that again.

We greatly appreciate your willingness to use the system prior to launch and to give solid feedback to help us deliver some of true value to genealogical researchers. I just thought you should know that this is not a throw-away testing environment. We're all doing real research on our CETs.

Really? You just posted that it was open to all a couple of days ago.

There is a link on this community page, and also on Labs that will allow any FamilySearch user to opt-in to:
1) Receive periodic email updates on the initiative progress, and
2) Apply to be considered as an early access tester.

We anticipate inviting many more testers over the next few months. Please feel free to let the genealogical community know that that this option is now open to them.
