GEDCOM Import from Family Tree Maker = partial load, no relationship links

Exported a tree of 255 individuals from Family tree maker (2019). Settings were :- Export entire file, privatize living people.
Imported it into CET - no errors reported ( took about 1 minute), however on opening the family tree it only contained 83 individuals and none of them had any relationship links.
It did show edits on an individual but all the sources were missing (i.e. not named).
Imported same file intoFind my Past ( as a new tree) and got 255 individuals all with correct relationships and sources named for each fact (eg "1911 England & Wales Census")

@sandraruffle Thank you for testing early access CET and providing feedback. Trying to isolate the issue. Did you try to download a GEDCOM with a different name from Find My Past and create a different CET with a different name?

Exported file from Find my past, then imported it to CET. Again it showed no relationships and only 117 individuals were listed in the tree.

@sandraruffle Thank you for your feedback. I have added both the Family Tree Maker and the Find My Past issues to the list for the engineering team to review.

I just created my CET by uploading a GEDCOM created with Family Tree Maker 2019 and had the same thing happen. My GEDCOM included almost 3000 individuals but only 989 appeared in the new CET and no relationships links. I did not privatize living individuals when creating the GEDCOM. No errors were reported in the upload. Custom events were created but no sources were identified for uploaded individuals.

@JTritchler Thank you for your patience and perseverance with these issues. Please tell me the name of your GEDCOM file(s) and the approximate date they were uploaded. What are you CET names?

I encountered this same issue upon import of my GEDCOM.

GEDCOM file name: "Will's Family Tree.ged"

    Upload date: 6/21/25

    Exported from: Ancestry.com

    INDI records in GEDCOM: 1885

    Individuals imported to CET: 560

No relationships imported (all individuals orphaned)

Please let me know what additional info I can provide to help with troubleshooting; thanks!

@sandraruffle @JTritchler@Will Eriov I understand from the engineering team that this bug has now been corrected and your GEDCOM reprocessed to resolve these issues. It is not necessary to recreate your CET, but will you please review your CET and report if all issues have been resolved? Thank you
