    Open Tree to the individual you want to upload photo to, then Click on "Memories", then click on "Photos", then click on "upload photo" or "select from gallery". Follow the guidance from there. Also, click on circled ? mark (?) in banner at top left by your name/picture, and ask question in the search area; it will give you instructions.

    I find the Help Menu almost totally worthless. I put in a statement or questions, and rarely does it come up with an answer that pertains to my question.

    @Anita1973

    Try using one or two keywords in searching for the information you are seeking when using the Help Center.

    @Anita1973 As Amy Archibald stated above, the simpler you keep the keywords, the better the results. Also, when you get an article that appears it may be close, open it, then look at the very bottom of the article for additional related links. Those will often give greater insight. Good luck.

    @John W. Aaron III Go to Selected Person, and select Memories. Go to the section for Documents and select Upload. It will then ask you where you want to upload document from--Gallery or upload from computer. Upload your desired document.

    @CarlaHansens --Please don't quit!!! I know it can be frustrating working thru complex issues that you described, but you will have such a great feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction when you get completed. Please, take it one family at a time, group the parents, then link the children to appropriate parents--and use the PIDs for individuals to just remove from one parental set and link to the proper one. It will save a tremendous amount of time. Be patient; take your time; pray before each session of work and it will soon be finished and correct!!!

    I am confused. Two things. I cant print the fan chart. and I have a question about when you do the decendent . Are they related. I have no information about some of these people.It goes from William Sanders LZPJ-HWS to Robert Saunders GHD6-F3Y. Does this mean all these Sanders are my ancestors? Or are they just Sanders and I have to check to see if they fit my tree. Sorry I am an old 84 woman and am having a hard time figuring this out. Thanking you inadvance for any help you might give me. I am trying to find out how to leave information that I have learned from research that pertains to a family tree NOT connected to me personally (as far as I know!). How do I do that? Is that acceptable to do? I don't see an answer on the Help screens, and the Screen video is out of order.

    @Barb Ebeert Add an unconnected person by going--in Tree-- to "Recents" and go to the bottom of the drop down to "Add Unconnected Person". Then add them.

    @AMELIA VALLEY Try going to the "Catalog" and entering the film information, or go to "Images" and search by the locale. Both of these are under the "Search" tab. I believe you will have success under "Catalog" since you have the film number.

    Looking for instructions on HOW TO select or deselect the computer entries in the 1950 census. I'll look one more time, but I tried Pennsylvania and there was an entry which was interpreted as A Tom from a 'not at home' below the 4 families. I didn't know how to deselect. I went to another state, and there were two family members at the bottom of the page, and the computer asked why I was skipping this family, and I wasn't. Not as simple as my normal 'reviewing'

    I'm not sure what you are referring to. This is the FamilySearch Blog and the article you are commenting on is about how to use the Help menu for FamilySearch.
