What happened to the chat option? I can not find it.

How do I report an error on an entry that was entered by someone else? My grandmother is listed in a family tree as a male and with the wrong name. All other details, birth, christening etc. are correct. Thank you

You can just fix the Family Tree record for her. Since the Tree is a collaborative tree you can make the edit without reporting or asking someone else to do it.

Hello David,
Life on the Help Menu used to be far simpler. It used to be very easy to choose Chat, find the Phone number, search for an article, etc. I'm a long time FS user, but I'm chagrined that it took me a half hour of following your advice to "not give up" before I finally found the 866-406-1830 number - which I certainly should have entered into my phone contacts. I never did find a Chat option.

I have not found my Temple Ordinance Request list, since the looks and other things have changed with Family Search! The word Temple used to be at the top of the person screen, and the word Ordinances was below but on the person screen also. Maybe my computer needs to be updated but I don't see either of those things and I have a few names in my ordinance Request list that I need to take care of.

How do I get only Joseph House, Jr. 's children listed under he and his wife. William Ransom and Joseph House's children are listed as Joseph House's children. I would like to remove William Ransom's children. How can I do this?

Thank you for this site. I am trying to find the place where my parents were married. Robert Leon Ward married Lillie Dorothea Hoth on August 14, 1941in Western New York perhaps near Buffalo or Irving . They were married by a Justice of the Peace. Thank you.
