I would like to delete the currant family tree that I had barely started so I can start over. I have my name and then it has my daughter and her first husband and child. Then her husband and next two children. However I have some changes to make and I thought I would just start new. Can I delete this tree and start new? Please help.

Why does the statement "New Additional Help " on right hand of screen toggle on and off without my knowledge that it has been turned on. It appears as a different page when I first logged onto my account. Confusing. Does this issue happen to others who are using the Family Search.org homepage?

I have changed my user name to agree with my email address several times. I still receive a message that I am using the an incorrect user name and then get referred to an old user name that I employed several years ago. Why can't I make a permanent change?

How do I delete a person or a tree. Having what seems to be quite a common name in the Yorkshire area where I’m from certain names have been picked up from different families who also use the same Christian names but alas yrs of birth, marriage, death etc don’t match up or actual places where born etc. I’ve had 2 people put onto my tee who definitely aren’t my ancestors and I can’t move forward in my search.

I used a lot the "indici decennali" in the menu Italy, Catania, Comune. This is incredible useful and easy to look at. But unfortunately since a week , for reason that I do not know, I cannot anymore use this tool. The page is still there but all the link, year, for year , are now all on the side of my screen and when I click on one entry the page does not go down as used to be before. I tryed everythink and it is not a problem of my screen because this appear also in other computers. I am really disappointed because I was almost to reach a very important connection for my tree when this happened.
How it is possibble to correct this issue ?
