The procedure to "Add Someone" to my Planner has been changed. Where do I find the new instructions on how to "Add Someone"?

When you go to "Add Someone" it no longer gives you the option "Select a Method". The options are
(1) Add from Ward or Stake (2) Add by email (3) Copy Link. I serve in a Family History Center and I'm helping a patron that is not in my stake or ward. I have added a number of patrons in the past using their birth date and Helper number. How do I add someone who is not in my stake or ward?
Thanks for the information on How to Use the Planner, but it needs to be updated.

We can NO LONGER, add a User/Patron, through, to Our "(Consultant) Planner" (ie. in "Helper Resources"), by using the, "Helper Number"; and/or, "User Name"; and/or, "Date of Birth".
Basically ...
Short Answer: We can now ONLY do so, though an "Invite" by "E-mail"; and, including the "Link" provided.
ie. They MUST "Accept" the "Invite"; BEFORE, we can "Add" them, to Our "(Consultant) Planner".
[ Obviously, on the basis of "Privacy"/Security" ... ]
Absolutely, RIDICULOUS I know; ESPECIALLY, when you are sitting with/next to, the User/Patron ...
[ and, even MORE so, when the User/Patron, is a Family member/Relative ... ]

Apparently, the use of such, must have either, been misused/abused, by some; and/or, considered a "Privacy" Breach - possibly BOTH.
And, as such, has been WITHDRAWN ...
Unfortunately ...
The WITHDRAWAL of such, is just going to make things, that MUCH harder ...
I REAL shame ...
I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I want to let you know that you are not alone ...

ps: I was advised, that those with "Authority", have requested, the REMOVAL, of the ability, to ADD Users/Patrons, to Our "(Consultant) Planner" (ie. in "Helper Resources"), by using the, "Helper Number"; and/or, "User Name"; and/or, "Date of Birth".
