Having same problem. Not Working in Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Not a touch screen monitor. Will try Internet Explorer.

is the specific item truly a photo file (jpg) or is it an image inside a PDF file?

Can tag one person in photo, but when I attempt to tag the next person, the system refuses to search the tree. It brings up individuals in the tree alphabetically, starting with "?," but when I put a name or PID number in the search field and hit the search icon, nothing happens. I can then tag "done," but nothing new is saved. Running Chrome on Google Pixel phone.

how long have you had the problem. Occasionally stuff like this will happen and I will merely close all my browsers and start fresh and it fixes itself.
