Help...Residence data is missing as I add Census Records.
I have resorted to adding the residency data for each individual manually from each census record. My Test Case: This is a good one as it has no sources attached to the case file and is ready for Census Records to be attached.
As you can see there is not residence or birth data from Census record to transfer across.
Is this something situation particular to my account or are other users experience this problem? I have tried both Chrome and Safari browsers with no success.

Why is Source-Linker not showing a "Residence" that you can bring over and attach.

I wondered how long it takes to get to the FS engineers attention.

Clearly, the answer is three days and counting. I typically work on it every day, and I've stone cold stopped until this is fixed.
