Additional line on the indexing graph

The trend is to move away from hard statistics. In some cases the stats were used to shame members into indexing (or indexing more records) by local leadership. This is against Church policy but I've noted that it isn't unusual for some members to ignore Church policies regarding the use of statistics.

The answer was to remove certain indexing statistics to prevent such abuse in the future. This is also in keeping with the trend away from "return and report" type of reporting. Thus, members are involved in ministering, but do not report what they've done to their leaders. There is no more, "If I honk as I pass your home, you've been home taught," types of visits.
