Sources not showing and unable to add new source
Hi ,
I am having problems with sources, specifically they are not showing even i I added in the past. Also, I cannot add new sources, tried with Record hints, external source by link or memory source. After I create a new source, nothing changes. I don't get any kind of error.
Source Box shows nothing and the list in gray, in the Home tag, keeps blinking indefinitely.

2 months ago, I was able to create e see all sources, I don't know what changed honestly.
Any hint please?

It is likely that there is an issue with the interaction between your computer and FamilySearch.
I suggest you try the following:
1. Try again - there may have been a temporary glitch.
2. Have you turned your computer off since last trying? If not, then reboot.
3. Try using a different browser.
4. Check that your browser is up-to-date (e.g. for Chrome, click on the three vertical dots on the far right, click help, click About Google Chrome).
5. Clear FamilySearch cookies - go to https://www.familysearch.org/cookies.
6. Check your internet speed. One way to do this is to use https://www.speedtest.net. A download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps is regarded as the minimum Internet subscription rate for FamilySearch to operate properly. 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps respectively is preferred.
7. If all of the above do not work, try clearing all of your temporary files and cookies in your browser (for Chrome this is the 3 dots again, Settings, Security & Privacy, Clear browsing data).
Hopefully one of these will work for you.

I would suggest that Graham's #5 should be your first choice - clearing FS Cookies. I looked up Gaetano's profile, and I can see the attached sources without issue.

I literally tried everything you suggested, multiple times.
I tried 3 different browser, Chrome, Edge, Firefox on PC and mobile too.
All browser versions are update.
I cleared all browser data, including cookies and temporary files.
I cleared Familysearch cookies , through the link.
I rebooted PC.
Internet connection is stable. Not using any VPN.
I don't know what else should I try.
I also tried to use the Family Search Tree App (android), and I cannot see the sources there too!
As far as I know, the app doesn't use cookies.
Is there any technical assistance I can contact and ask for some help?

@Valentina3057 What you're seeing is exactly what you would expect if you click the Options button and then deselect each of the Source Types. You would then be filtering out all possible source types and so you see "Sources (4)" to indicate that there are 4 sources, but none would be shown in the list below.
However, what you are experiencing is far more widespread and durable than that filter. What I do with that filter doesn't apply to any other person in Family Tree, and I can use my browser refresh button to refresh the page, and that filter is cleared and I see all the person's sources again. Also, this filter doesn't apply to the Family Tree app, and you specifically said that you don't see sources in the app, either.
So I don't know if this line of inquiry might be helpful at all, but I'm just trying to think of things that might somehow be related to your frustrating inability to see sources. You might try deselecting and selecting those Source Type filters to see if that makes a difference.
As for getting technical assistance, you can always get help at https://www.familysearch.org/help . Choose your region and note that specific help options and available times can vary by region.
