Granular notification controls for Family Groups

We have created a Family Group for our ward and are excited to continue growing this new method to share names and message other FamilySearch-ers. However, we've discovered that everyone gets an email notification when a new member joins the family group. This is particularly annoying at the scale we want to operate this group and encourages members to turn off all Family Group notifications which appears to turn off notifications for chat and other activity.

I'd love to see more granular notifications controls within Family Groups to disable "new member" notifications but keep "new message" notifications and others enabled.
