Correct Slanted Records

Dear FamilySearch. I often make mistakes or make corrections because the record is slanted and the ruler doesn't help. Thus, time is wasted in filling out the records. Could a feature be added such that the ruler or record can be correctly aligned on the screen; or that the ruler can be correctly aligned to correspond with the slanted record? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue. I believe this would help in the speed of filling out and submitting the records. Also, it should assist the people who check the records.

Hi @RichardsonJohnElmo . I feel your pain. What you're asking for is called deskewing the image. I suggested/requested this back on June 17 but got no up-votes besides the default one that comes with the idea. I've given you my up-vote, so you're ahead of me. Maybe you'll have better luck.
