    Here is the translation: Josef Pánek, born 16 February 1879, christened 18 Feb. 1879, in house n°131, catholic, male, legitimate.

    Father: František Pánek, catholic, wheelwright-cottager from Heřmanův Městec n° 131, legitimate son of the late Matěj Pánek, weaver at 131, and mother born JIrásková from Načešice.

    Mother: Marie, catholic, legitmate daughter od Josef Doskočil, cottager in Popkovice n°11, and mother Anna, born Pelikánová from Valeč n°12, district Pardubice.

    Midwife Thekla Hohrová, from Heřmanův Městec; godfather Josef Doskočil, godmother Anna Prchalová
