Availability of Brazil, São Paulo, Immigration Cards, 1902-1980
I've got a record hint from the "Brazil, São Paulo, Immigration Cards, 1902-1980" collection. However, when I try to view it, it says "We're unable to show this record. This record can only be displayed on certain accounts." If I go to Source Linker with the hint, I get the error message "Error loading source: /ark:/61903/1:1:QKDR-H2YS"
I've seen this type of error show up before on certain GenealogyBank records, but no one has been able to provide a satisfactory answer about what it actually means, or what account type might have access to the record, or how to resolve the problem other than dismissing the hint (which I don't want to do because clearly the information is a match to the correct person). Does anyone know whether this record is actually restricted, or how it might be possible to get access to it?

We had a discussion on this record set a few weeks ago. I don't think the issue was satisfactorily explained then either -

That's a different record set (note that the name is "Brasil, Cartões de Imigração, 1900-1965"), and when I click the link to that record it loads fine with the image and everything.

@JD Cowell Have you been able to solve the problem with viewing the record hint from this collection? I have checked the collection and it seems to be working fine. If you still are trying to attach the record from the hint to your ancestor try doing it directly from the collection and report back if you still cannot do so.

However, it looks like the images are available from this source, but not the index? It's extremely strange. I tried searching the collection for the name, and I got the same issue… but I clicked the "image" button and it loaded: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89NJ-3CS7-P
Clearly something is wrong in permissions-land for this source, if the images will load but the index will not.
