I have been asked to give a presentation in our family reunion next month on dealing with Scandinavian name changes when doing research. Many of our ancestors came out of Denmark and a few from neighboring Scandinavian countries. I will find what I can on the Wiki website, but would appreciate the chance to talk with someone with expertise in Scandinavian research; particularly in dealing with names. Thanks for any help you can give.

    @Ross Clement

    Here is some links to the many learning center classes about Scandinavian and Denmark research

    The above link is a way you can schedule a 20 minute consultation with experts from the Family History Library and they can possible help you!

    Good luck in preparing this information. I removed your personal information from the initial request because this is a public site. you can add your name and phone in the request for the consultation.

    Hopefully this will help.
