Why can't I open hints anymore? I can't open or review them or attach them to my people

    By hints are you referring to the Research Help panel on a person page. If you are this probably is a computer housekeeping function meaning that you probably have corrupted cookies and/or temp files. This is a common problem on PC computers. Try a different browser first then please click the Help icon (the small circle with the question mark inside of it in the upper right corner) and enter the search term Cookies and then follow the instructions in

    Then close your browser and shut off the computer for 2-3 minutes. This should correct your problem. If you find you need live assistance then click on Help Contact Us for our hours and phone number.
