In trying to reserve ordinances the system stops me saying there are duplicates.
I have researched and merged all possible duplicates and the ID numbers of the persons are the same everywhere. There must be a problem with the software somewhere. I also have a record that keeps showing a husband needing a wife when that husband already has a spouse listed and verified. It also shows a child that is a duplicate on the preferred couple. It won't let me delete or change anything.

Looking at the link you provided, the situation is this:
In which Juan is linked to both parents, just his mother, and just his father. The safest way to fix this and not mess up his ordinance page is to merge (not delete) relationships. I find the very best way to do this is to:
- Add a spouse by the name of E to the box with just Teresa by clicking Add Spouse. Enter Just E as a first name and deceased.
- Add a spouse by the name of T to the box with Esteban by clicking Add Spouse. Enter Just T as a first name and deceased.
- Merge Esteban and E
- Merge Teresa and T.
This will be a bit more work than deleting relationships, but it will never cause problems on the ordinance page like deleting relationships can. And it always works. You will never get a "this relationship already exists error."
If you would like to post where the other errors are showing, I can show you how to fix those.
