Moved this to EN escalation to get it where others cannot see the private information contained in this post. I will conact this person by private message and request a phone number for her mother to help her with her registration issues.

We have verified that your mother does indeed have a FamilySearch/churchofjesuschrist.org account. You will need to have her try to sign into FamilySearch and indicate that she has forgotten her username and password. She will need to choose her email address as the recovery option. She should then be able to recover her username and reset her password. Her account was created quite a number of years ago, which is why she may not remember having done it. If the email she had at that time is no longer active or valid, she could try recovering her username using the Church Record Number.
