The question mark help button does not display the fulll set of options - is only displaying - "Help Center" and "Contact us"

Have tried - logging in and out - rebooting the pc - signing in with another account - trying in Firefox and Chrome browsers . . . all with the same result.

Was particularly tring to reach "Helper Resources".

Yes, and they need to add the Places Tool to that menu as well. (Maybe they were doing that and broke it?)

    Have discovered a work-around . . .

. . . Click on “Help Others” . . . then “Try the Planner” .> takes you directly into “My” Planner . . . and restores all the options to the “Help” button (in this session of FamilySearch).

But if I start another FamilySearch tab or leave the Planner – I am back to not havening all the Help options.

    StewartTM,

Good to know this work around. Actually, it seems that you just need to hit the Help Others and then pretty well anything else will fix the help menu.

But for the time being, the Help Menu is still broken:

    .

    FYI

    .

    Remember ...

    .

Your 'Workaround' is ONLY available to Members of the Church.

    .

Users/Patrons, who are NOT Members of the Church, DO NOT see/get, either, the "Help Others"; and/or, the "(Consultant) Planner" features/functions/facilities.

    .

    Just my 2c worth.

Ah yes. That would be correct. The FamilySearch Response above does provide a a more universal approach (although it does seem to be working again today)
