I am not a FS employee, but we are informed that all of the topics posted here are read by FS employees, but only occasionally replied to by them.
I'm not sure which specific circumstance you are running into, but here are a couple of things to consider:
If you are a member of the church:
Your "Full Name", "Membership Record Number", and "Birth Date" are all taken from your church record and cannot be changed.
Further more, your "Username" (i.e., the login ID that you use to log in with) is linked to your password. This Username/password is used for ALL of your logins as far as church accounts go, so to change it/them I believe that you have to go to your main church account to do that. I am guessing that you cannot have spaces in the Username since it is a login ID, although some systems allow that.
The "Display Name" can easily be changed, but it is only the value that shows up in the headers when you log in.
If you are not a member of the church, I suspect that there may be a little more freedom allowed, but limitations on a login ID will tend to apply to everyone. But a lot of what I said may not apply. If this is the case, then let us know and give us the exact titles for the name fields that you cannot change. There is likely someone else here that will be familiar with your situation.
By the way, typing in all upper-case characters is used for emphasis in text since there is no way to embed infliction in our typing :-) so typing in all uppercase characters gives the unintended effect that you are YELLING at every one!
Again, welcome!0
