Bug: Person Not Found message appearing again

Paul said: Over the last few days the "Person Not Found" message is appearing regularly (as in the past) when going to the Collaborate section. Reloading the page clears the message, but (as discussed in previous post - unable to find) this must cause a lot of confusion to new / inexperienced users. Happens sporadically, but please fix if possible.
Paul said: Perhaps it is just me who is still seeing this problem, six months after I noticed its recurrence after a period when it had disappeared. It usually occurs soon after I have logged into Family Tree, then go to the Collaboration section. I'd thought of a possible cookie problem, but had deleted all my History just before signing in. I still see this most days, the below being a screenshot taken about 15 minutes ago. Chrome / Windows 10.
