Get satisfaction is not formatted for mobile use
The new get satisfaction is not formatted for mobile use. The boxes overlap the information and the likes/dislikes is a garbled mess.

If the user is able to turn (Landscape) their mobile device the information is more spread apart and readable but not in “portrait” mode. Also the tags overlap the status of each comment. In “landscape” mode on an apple the done when typing a comment doesn’t work until the user goes back to portrait mode.

I use, both, the (Computer) "Web" version; and, the "Mobile" Application version, of 'FamilySearch'; but, principally, the (Computer) "Web" version.

As well as what you have ALREADY done, by posting here in the (New) IDEAS Forum (the "GetSatisfaction" replacement) itself ...
IF, you have not ALREADY done so; THEN, can I also suggest that you provide the EXACT Same 'Feedback' DIRECTLY through the 'Feedback' of the "Mobile" Application version, of 'FamilySearch' itself.

This certainly cannot hurt ...

There is the possibility, that due to the RUSH to get the new Platform 'up and running, there may have not been much or any "Testing" using "Mobile" Devices.

Virginia, you are correct, it is not formatted for mobile use. This is a temporary replacement for GetSatisfaction. As such we have had to implement limited functionality. Better mobile functionality will be available in a future version of ideas.
