Your post brought something to mind ...
I can, never, ever, remember seeing, my "UserID", up in the 'Top' right-hand-corner of the page/screen, in the "FamilySearch" ("GetSatisfaction") 'Feedback' Forum, when using 'Mozilla' "FireFox" (as I did not use it that often), I had noticed in before; but, I had not worried about it; as, it worked.
Perhaps, "FamilySearch" can look as this little 'hiccup' about a User's/Patron's "UserID" NOT appearing when using 'Mozilla' "Frefox" in the "FamilySearch" ("GetSatisfaction") 'Feedback' Forum, when "Logged In".
Admittedly, minor in the 'Scheme" of things ...
'Thank You' for reminding me.
Brett
ps: At least with the "Fix" suggested by 'Travis', a Computer Programmer/Engineer, in "FamilySearch", it now working in 'Google' "Chrome".

Tom Huber said: Brett's problem that the user's name does not appear in the upper right corner:appears both for the browser that works as well as Chrome (when it wasn't working).
The solution that has been given is a workaround at best and does not address the larger issue.0 -

Tom Huber said: I’m currently using my iPad to post my responses to this forum and it shows me signed in to GetSatisfaction. I will check from my computer later to see if this issue has been resolved.0

Tom Huber said: I just fired up my computer with Chrome and used FamilySearch to get back to GetSatisfaction. At the present time, it returned to GetSat, but not the FamilySearch element of GetSat. Instead, I got this:
And a URL on that page (partially hidden because of length that is https://getsatisfaction.com/fastpass/...
When I refreshed the screen that I had initially used to access (unsuccessfully) GetSat, it showed me signed in (correctly) and that is what I am now using to post this message.0 -

Tom Huber said: A correction to my post with the blank GetSat screen -- I initially open GetSat from a shortcut and then used the Sign in link to get to access FamilySearch. That is when it didn't get fully back to the GetSat FamilySearch forum, but got to the screen above.0

Tom Huber said: I just went through a process of Clearing out all the cookies, including tracking cookies for Chrome and then went through the process of using the Sign In from GetSatisfaction. This took me to the sign in page for FamilySearch, which I completed, but...
as before, the system did not return to GetSatisfaction. I then used the Feeback link at the bottom of the landing page to access GetSat and that worked, taking me to the page and now showing that I was signed into GetSat.
The only drawback is that the process did not automatically take me back to GetSat.
I can live with that, but it would be nice if the Sign In from GetSat set up an automatic return from signing in to FamilySearch.0
