As stake TFH Consultant would like to copy our page and email to the ward TFH leaders in each ward in our stake, for teaching purposes but it wont let me copy the list - the formatting drops out. is there any way we can do this? ie copy & paste the list and retain the format?

Firstly, "Welcome" to this "FamilySearch" ( "GetStaisfaction" ) 'Feedback' Forum.
Secondly, "Official 'FamilySearch' Representatives", do monitor; and, sometimes, participate in, this Forum.
Thirdly, I am just another User/Patron, just like yourself (and, happen to be a Member of the Church).
Many Users/Patrons who regularly participate in this Forum who have a great deal of knowledge and experience with "FamilySearch", like to assist/help other Users/Patrons like yourself.
Finally, you do not need to e-mail any such list to the "Ward/Branch, Temple and Family History, Leaders" within your Stake, they should all have access to that, for their respective Ward/Branch.
They just need to be advised to access, "Help"; and, then, on the 'Drop Down Menu' to access, "Helper Resources"; then, they will have access to ALL those "Consultant" Resources.
By the way, if you were not aware; as, a "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant", when you access that "Easy Invitations", when that appears, just ADD "/a" [ WITHOUT the "Inverted Commas" ] at the end of the URL; and, press 'Enter"; then, you will have access to your entire Stake; where, there is a "Select Unit' option, which is a 'Drop Down Menu' to all the Wards/Branches in your Stake, where the URL for the ".../campaign/hints", for the members of your Stake, is listed.
Enjoy.

Chas Howell said: This is strange, I did Brett's "/a" in Easy Invitations, clicked on a ward in the Stake and saw a person's name Arnold DaVel Barney who died 29Nov2018 PID KWZV-D58. He is NOT listed in that Ward's membership directory but show up as having a Record HInt. That should not happen unless I am not understanding what this is telling me.0

'G'Day', morning, from my 'neck of the woods'.
'Perish the Thought' ... but, " ... stranger things have happened ...".
When you say (Ward) "Membership Directory", are you taking about the actual (Ward) "Membership" Records ('System') as viewed by a 'Ward Clerk' (or, 'Leader'); OR, are you taking about that of "Member Tools" (formerly, "LDS Tool")?
A Member can make their 'Status' in "Member Tools"; as, "Private - Leaders Only" under 'Personal Privacy Level' and the 'Privacy Level' Section. And, as such, NOT be seen by Members of a Ward/Branch (or, Stake) in "Member Tools". But, they can be seen by Leaders of a Ward/Branch (or, Stake) in "Member Tools".
And, being in "Admin" (ie. 'Clerical') 'Callings' (both, Ward/Branch; and, Stake), people (ie. members) 'fall through the cracks'. And, their actual Membership Record is still "Active" (they are still considered as "Living"); even though. they have died/passed; because, the 'Clerk' has/had not been advised/notified of their death/passing (especially, if they were inactive - nothing known). And, another thought, the 'Clerk' can fail to record the 'Event' (personally been there, with our youngest child's Baptism - was not recorded at the time - finally done quite some time (year or so) after the 'Event'). Mistakes happen. That is like. We are not perfect.
Can I suggest that you speak with the Ward or Stake Clerk and check to ensure that "Arnold DaVel BARNEY" ( KWZV-D58 ) is NOT still on the actual (Ward) "Membership" Records ('System') as being active/alive.
If such IS the case; then, you know why he still appears in "FamilySearch".
Whereas; IF, such is NOT the case [ie. he is NOT listed in the actual (Ward) "Membership" Records ('System')]; THEN, there is a problem/issue in regard to "FamilySearch".
Of course, it may ALSO depend on how often (and, where from) that that "Easy Invitations" is updated (taken from) - it could be quite old - even, years, 'out of date'.
As I said ... 'Perish the Thought' ...
Just my thoughts.
