Easy Invitations fearure

As stake TFH Consultant would like to copy our page and email to the ward TFH leaders in each ward in our stake, for teaching purposes but it wont let me copy the list - the formatting drops out. is there any way we can do this? ie copy & paste the list and retain the format?

Chas Howell said: This is strange, I did "/a" in Easy Invitations, clicked on a ward in the Stake and saw a person's name Arnold DaVel Barney who died 29Nov2018 PID KWZV-D58. He is NOT listed in that Ward's membership directory but show up as having a Record HInt. That should not happen unless I am not understanding what this is telling me.
