Ann H said: The watch lists are not displaying for me. The total numbers of people I'm watching show, but not the lines for the individual people. This happens on both the People I'm Watching and the Changes to People I'm watching lists. Tried this on two computers, and on Chrome and Firefox, and the same thing happens everywhere.

    'G'Day', morning, from "Down Under".

    FYI

Unless something has been done to address/fix the problem/issue that you describe, in your post, in the last 4 Hours ...

BOTH, my "Watch" Lists are fine, normal, individuals/persons are listed (ie. appear); and, "Changes" listed - last "Change" was "21 March 2020".

Plus, my Wife and I, both received our "E-mail" of "Weekly Changes" the other day [ie. Yesterday (Tuesday) for me; and, the day before that (Monday) for my wife].

    Brett

ps: Both, in (latest versions of) 'Google' "Chrome"; and, 'Mozilla' "FireFox", with Windows 10"

Ann H said: Looks like the problem is gone now, although when I first had it earlier today, I cleared cache and cookies, rebooted, trying on both Chrome and Firefox and on two different computers on Windows 10. I called Familysearch and the missionary who helped me also got the problem, and suggested I report it here. Anyway, I'm glad it's working now. Thanks.

    Just a thought ...

It could have been that, at the time you and Alahärmä were there in the "Watch" Lists, that one of the Engineers/Programmers was "Working" in that "Area" (ie. Addressing/Fixing; or, "Changing", something); and, was uploading an 'In-Line' Release that momentarily caused the problem/issue (glitch) that, both, you and Alahärmä noticed.

Lets hope it was something like that.
