Passed Temple work not being recorded

Ronald Gordon Pugh said: I was looking up some details on my ancestor, Anne Jane Powell b.1806 in Dublin Ireland and clicked on "temple" and it came up with all ordinances were available to be done. Why is this? I did all the ordinances myself 1995 in the Oakland Temple. I'm finding a lot of my individual ordinance work that has not been recorded over the years. Jordi Kloosterboer said: You will have to find the duplicate that has the temple ordinances associated with it. You can click on similiar people to start out if no possible duplicates are shown. Also you can do manual searches for the people. They may only have parts of the information. Like a marriage date and place for sealing and birth info for baptism and confirmation0

Tom Huber said: Ron, it sounds like you have been sidetracked into a line that is similar to yours. Jordi is likely correct— that there is a line where your Ordinances show up.
But there is a remote possibility that the temple ordinance database has somehow dropped the completed ordinance data. If you have any of the cards where the ordinances show completed, including stamped date & temple, then open a case and submit a scanned copy of the card(s) involved.0 -
gasmodels said: Ron, It appears the record with the ordinances is Ann Powell 1806 – Deceased • MKLC-WBQ. That is an isolated record which appears to contain the ordinances you described. I am not sure what record you were referring to but it should be merged with this record to have the ordinances display properly.0
