Heather McPhie said: The 1940 Census seems to be struggling today. For example, I go to https://www.familysearch.org/tree/per... and try to attach the 1940 census source. It begins to load and then switches to a message of "An Error Has Occurred. We are unable to display page content due to technical difficulties. Please try again soon." This happens from any individual that I've tried to attach the 1940 census hint today. All other record hints are still working.

Lundgren said: I spoke with the team over the attach records code. They noted that the person above is a deleted person in the tree, so they were not able to duplicate this issue exactly.
They went further and attached other 1940 records to tree persons.
Are you still seeing this issue?0 -
gasmodels said: if you go to Clarence C. Tyler L2Y1-3TZ there is a hint to the 1940 census and if you attempt to attach you will get the error msg. I am not the original poster but did just test and yes there is an issue.0

Tom Huber said: For those having problems, be sure to specify your system (PC, mobile device— Android or iOS), browser and version, etc.
This information is vital for replicating the problem.0 -

"Permission Denied

I've never had these problems before.
