Add a new temple icon color for reserved ordinances

Bob Gowans said: The somewhat recent change of keeping the green temple icon on names that have already been reserved by someone is very confusing and consumes time when searching for individuals who need ordinance work done. Even on the recommended tasks list on the home page, a person has a green temple icon but when you look at the persons page, the ordinance has already been reserved.
I'm sue there is another color available to use that will show names that have had work reserved but could still be taken to the temple.
