If we have a film of interest it would be nice to be able to request to index it.

I often wonder if others are buried there, I can go through the whole film and make my own notes but if I am going to do that it may aswell benefit others too, I would be happy to index the film myself. If there is a film we are using or want indexed it would be nice if we could request it to be done.

A van Helsdingen said: Indexing requires the permission of the record owner, and then FS must set up the project. This is a lot of effort and cost for FS for just a single film. I agree with the concept of letting users suggest which records next, but it would be better to have larger collections of films from the same record owner all indexed in a single project.
