Surnames in all CAPITAL letters on smart phone app for record hints

Gordon Collett said: This is probably how they were originally extracted back in the 70's or 80's using a decades old genealogy standard. The current recommended practice is indeed to use normal capitalization. So do continue to correct these manually when you use them to create people in Family Tree.

I manually corrected all the extra upper case letters to lower case
