Am well aware that there are churches that will not allow you to photo records but so many Quebec records are totally done-- Hotel Dieu, Quebec (city) is another with burials beginning 1723 but are actually much earlier also. But am so grateful for all the records that you were allowed to film all over the world. Thanks for checking the PQ records, Shirley Dubuque

A van Helsdingen said: It's interesting that on this forum and on others I have seen several questions over the last few months about Quebec Catholic records.
I was able to find records for St Athanase in Iberville for 1823-1876 in the FS Catalog, without viewing restrictions: https://www.familysearch.org/search/c...
I was unable to find the post-1877 records you are talking about- they must be under a different place name in the catalog. I checked both Iberville and St Athanase.0 -

Authors: Eglise catholique. Saint-Athanase-de-Bleury (Iberville, Québec) (Main Author) Archives nationales du Québec (Repository)
https://www.familysearch.org/search/c...
This is part of "Quebec, Catholic parish registers, 1621-1979"
https://www.familysearch.org/search/c...
The link provided by A van Helsdingen for records from 1823 is stated to be included in the same collection "Quebec, Catholic parish registers, 1621-1979"
Does Shirly think there are records prior to 1823?
Regarding Hotel Dieu, Quebec, I can see Registres journaliers des malades, 1689-1876 Eglise catholique. Hôtel-Dieu de Québec (Québec, Québec) (Main Author)
https://www.familysearch.org/search/c...
If Shirley thinks the latter collection should be included in the larger collection "Quebec, Catholic parish registers, 1621-1979", Shirley could report this using the Errors? button at the bottom go the catalogue page.0 -

Shirley Dubuque said: Thank for the record listing as I had not seen this listed in the alpha listing but is in there now. Only the Iberville listing gives the 1877-1899 records.0
