Now if you have difficulties typing responses (for whatever reason), then it would be better not to use capitals at all.

Please keep in mind that some people live long distances from their temple and so reserve names hoping to make a temple trip. But due to circumstances are unable to make the trip. We now are some three hours (with no traffic) from the Seattle and the Portland temples. If traffic is involved, the trip can take half a day just one way.

To get to your concern -- there are several ways to approach this.

The first, and this appears to be what you have done, is to request that the patron who temple-shared (or reserved, but did not share with the temple) share the record with you. However, if I received a request typed in ALL CAPITALS, I would ignore it.

The second, and this involves only unshared names, there is a two year limit from the point of reservation or one year from the point of the last ordinance, and nothing more is done, the name is released.

The third, and this involves only temple-shared names, is to put in a request to support and have them release the name to you. They may end up just releasing the name, or they may release it to you, but you will need to provide your account infovmation for them to do that.
