Why can't we print the stories and documents?

For example, I read the General Record Office for England & Wales doesn't object to us uploading copies of its certificates to (say) Memories, but understandably (for commercial reasons) would not want it made too easy for other users to be able to print-off copies for themselves, instead of obtaining them from the GRO (for a fee).

Regarding the printing of stories, I admit I do not use this area of Family Tree. However, surely they would have initially be written / saved in a program like Word - so the contributor could print them from there. For others users wishing to print off, doesn't a copy/paste of the text (FT to Word) work?
