Changing reserved status

I'm not sure why you would be unreserving a name if you already had permission, unless it was going to automatically unreserve because no action had been taken in the two years after it was reserved, or in a year since the last vicarious ordinances was performed.

It is generally recommended that a user reserve no more ordinances than can be performed by the patron in the two-year window.
