If your screen narrows to a certain point, some of the menu items collapse into a Menu icon on the far right. Here is the behavior of the web pages as the screen narrows:

Some people have run into the problem that due to their particular configuration of screen size and settings and browser window size and settings, they can never get the browser window wide enough to see the expanded version of the menu bar.0
