Akevai Johanson said: A patron creates an account, enters an email address, hasn't used their FamilySearch account for awhile, can't access their email after a long period of unuse, and decides they would like to use their FamilySearch account, but, their email they originally used is no longer available, is there a way they can recover their FamilySearch username and reset a password with using another email address not recorded? the contact telephone number isn't entered as well.

Try calling the "Family History Customer Service" for the Country where you/the Patron lives.

ie. "Help" and, down to, "Contact Us"

Then, down the page to "Call Us":
    "Family History Customer Service"
[ For example, the United States of America = 1-866-406-1830 ]

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/

If the Patron is a Member of the Church; then, you may be transferred to the "Global Support Centre", for them to fix/address the matter; as, a Member's "FamilySearch" Account is interlinked/interconnected with their "Church" Account.

Those from the, "Family History Customer Service"; and/or, "Global Support Centre", will talk and assist the Patron through the process, it helps if you are there to support the Patron through the process, it may take some time.

    I hope this Helps.

    Brett

    ps: Been there, done that.
