I would like to hook the census to 9ZWV-JXN and add all those children but I don't see how to do it. I know you try to make it easy to do things, but this has stumped me.

Gordon Collett said: The trouble with this particular census entry is that there are no relationships noted. That makes adding the children a little more difficult. Here is how you do this:
1) Open the hint:
2) Click on Review and Attach to open the Source Linker:
3) Go to the thin grey bar that says "Children on Record (0) Open Children From Family Tree (1) Open" and click on either of the "Open" links to open the Children section:
4) Click and hold on one of the children's names in the lower section of the page and drag it up into the children's section until you get an orange bar above or between existing Family Tree children. This step sometimes challenges my manual dexterity skills:
5) Let go. If the name ends up in the wrong spot, that is an existing child, just click and drag again until you get it to look like this:
6) Now you can add the child and attach the census source.
Please note that the Source Linker shows that the source for Jabez, his wife, and what I am assuming are two of his children are already attached to individuals in Family Tree. In Jabez's case to https://www.familysearch.org/tree/per... Either you have duplicate records that need to be merged and cleaned up or the census is attached to the wrong person. You will have to sort that out and fix things.0
