1. there are some broken links on this summary page https://www.familysearch.org/tree/lab...
2. small typo (Presidents and Vice-Presidentc of the United States of America) on this summary page https://www.familysearch.org/tree/lab...
3. please remove all "title of nobility" from U.S. presidents; there are no titles of nobility in the US and certainly never were considered under our constitution; president is an elected office
4. 12 US presidents were slaveholders; please add this fact to any life story or as a custom fact: Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Jackson, Van Buren, Harrison, Tyler, Polk, Taylor, Johnson, Grant

Tom Huber said: Since these are all locked accounts, fixing them will be up to FamilySearch to correct them. The records need a lot of work, including the way the names are recorded.
FamilySearch -- please assign the presidents to someone who is familiar with how to record names and have them clean up these records.
Note that a "title" is not necessarily a "Title of Nobility", but it should be restricted to those that are conveyed at the time of birth (for the Vitals section).
Names -- Use the article at https://www.familysearch.org/help/sal... and pay attention to the section where it says:Enter the correct version of the name in the Vitals section
There are many other areas of the information that was entered that need to be reviewed and corrected. In just the first record
In the Vitals section, enter the person’s birth name or complete legal name.
Places should actually be a place and not include non-place information.
There are a lot of problems that need to be addressed. At some point, FamilySearch will take care of these and unless a user is a direct descendant, I would not worry about the information that is currently recorded.0 -
ATP said: Thanks for the list. It appears that you must have gone through every one in the list to answer the question, which had to have been a lot of work, and I appreciate your thoroughness. I expected 3 or 4 at the very most.
And, I do agree a lot of work does need to be done to clean up the information.
Thanks, again, for the information.0 -

c fitzpatrick said: how do you get someone at FamilySearch.org to look at this?0

Gordon Collett said: We have been told many times that someone at FamilySearch looks at all topics here. But they rarely reply or comment. It seems that suggestions from here that they decide to incorporate are put on a to-do list, ranked by priority, then accomplished as resources allow months or years later.0
