Revised indexing program glitches

The biggest problem with this is that the program doesn't always recognize that we have clicked this button, and upon trying to submit the batch, it requires multiple jigs and jags in order to satisfy this requirement. I strongly suggest that your programmers have another look at these two requirements, to simplify or eliminate them. Thanks !
