Revised indexing program glitches

Raymond William Winn said: A few months ago, the data-entry program was altered; it now requires all data to be "verified" on all pages. This causes frequent delays in 2 areas: to begin, EVERY page has to be clicked twice before starting (first to bring up the page; second click to say the page is searchable); then at the bottom of the page, we have to click to affirm that we have verified (or entered) every item on the page. The biggest problem with this is that the program doesn't always recognize that we have clicked this button, and upon trying to submit the batch, it requires multiple jigs and jags in order to satisfy this requirement. I strongly suggest that your programmers have another look at these two requirements, to simplify or eliminate them. Thanks !
