Christine said: I LOVE the option to share my reserved names with relatives I do not know. I got the invitation to share, went to the names selected and out of 25 names, only 2 were for endowments. I do not need help with baptisms or sealings. I need help with endowments!

I clicked on those and shared (people I don't know) , but why don't I have more endowments listed to share? I have a lot in my reserved list, and know there are more unknown to me relatives who might do them (pioneers on both sides), but each time I have tried this feature most of the ordinances are for sealings. I

Also - could this feature use names I have shared with the temp!e? I would much rather those endowments get done sooner than waiting the years in the temp!e files. Thanks!

'Yes', I was a little disappointed.

I was expecting to see an number of individuals/persons to "Share"; and, a number of Users/Patrons to "Share" with.

But, I was presented with only one individuals/person to "Share"; and, one User/Patron to "Share" with.

And, that was for "SP"; and, "SS", for which are easy to get done yourself.

Like you, I was hoping for more so for the "E"; but, on my part, even, "B"; "C"; and, "I".

ONLY one was a little disappointing.

Richard M. Smith said: I enthusiastically agree that MORE initiatory and endowments (particularly MALE), should be brought forward to share. I have scores of lines I have worked on,most needing endowments.Indeed, after less than 2 years in Shared Temple File, nearly all rermaining ordinaces are emale initiatories and endowments.
I would LOVE to share Hundreds of male endowments with others.
    QUESTION:
Like Ordinance Ready, is this "shared" project hindered as "gender restricted",i.e. male/male, female/female? If so, why?

Richard M. Smith said: So, Christine, you as a female could extract MALE names for ordinances? If so, that's great.

Tom Huber said: Ordinances Ready is designed to fit a particular need (the user is going to the temple and wants to do a session -- those are gender specific.

The temple list is not gender restricted and as such, sharing is also not gender restricted. It is not designed for a user to take ordinances to the temple to do themselves, unlike Ordinances Ready.

Christine said: Yes. I can reserve male and female names unless using Ordinances Ready.
