Running "FamilySearch Places" Community on Android Firefox

As it goes in, it pops up a message saying "Your Browser isn't supported: This browser won't play nicely with some features on this site. For the best experience, update your browser to the latest version, or switch to another browser".
It's not the sort of thing I do every day but it so happened I was away from my laptop when the need arose to check the community. I tend to use the Firefox browser on Android simply to get my favourites / bookmarks over to my phone from my laptop where I use Firefox (the sync is automatic).
I'm not actually certain what the impact on the FS Places Community is in Android Firefox because if I click OK, I get into the community and it appears to work but obviously it's tricky to know if I'm missing anything without having two phones.
Unlike the Windows browser situation, where I detest Chrome's user interface and also make critical use of various Firefox add-ons, I'm not particularly committed to Firefox on Android - in fact at one time, I found it jerky compared to Android Chrome. Currently (crossing fingers) Android Firefox appears to generally work OK so I use it because of the synching bookmarks.
Q1: Does anyone know if there are any real issues with Android Firefox accessing the FS portfolio? Or is this simply a "We haven't quite coded or tested it 100% thoroughly, so just in case..." message?
Q2: Either way, can we ensure that Android Firefox is supported properly?
(And yes, I have zero idea of how easy that is!)

I had different things happen at different times, with the most likely being that I go to post or reply to something, and it won't do either.
It comes and goes... and i just gave up on the Community area with my phone. (Don't know if it's fixed)0 -

A thought occurs to me - so far as I know, GetSat is, software wise, not a FS product so my assumption is that FS is unlikely to be able to do anything about running it under Android Firefox.
I wonder if the Community is FS software? I'd always assumed that it was (at least to some extent), because why have two external products doing vaguely the same thing?
Conversely, there'd surely be more chance of an external product satisfying the use of Android Firefox and other such stuff??? Who knows!!??
Just have to hope Clif or someone equally knowledgeable sees this thread sometime....0
