Time Line doesn't Shrink Header while scrolling down

But somewhat due to the resolution defaulted, we couldn't see hardly any of the time-line events as he tried to scroll down thru them. The biggest problem was that the person identifier lines at the top 2/3's of the screen were still huge with a lot of wasted white space.
So I tried it on my Windows 10 laptop with Chrome, and got the same results. So I checked all other tabs on the Person screens, and noticed they ALL shrink the person identifier header as those tabs scroll down to more details. The Time Line tab is unique -- it insists on always showing huge wasted white-space headers, despite scrolling down. See attached example screenshot.
Please Fix. THANKS in advance,
JT

At 100%
Also you can use the CTRL-mousewheel while the mouse is hovering over the actual timeline part (not the map) to zoom in or out on the text.
At 33% zoom:

And I shouldn't have to click on something to get a better focus. I don't have to click anything on the other tabs, so why should I have to on this tab?0 -

I would assume that the programmers took a different tack on this page by putting on the full screen button rather than just having everything move up as one scrolled because the map and the timeline need to move independently of each other. Not only that, the map has to move in all directions independent of the both the timeline and the header so you can scroll north, south, east, or west around on the map without the header or timeline moving.
On all the other pages, the lower part of the page scrolls as a single unit and only up and down..0
