Although I am not a member of the church, I have been using various LDS references; in Santa Monica Library, I would often be there a 9 AM and leave 9 PM.
Being able to get this in depth story of life in Denmark and the subsequent life in America would pay back in kind for what I have learned.

Perhaps you could contact the Family History Library with your offer, as I don't know whether Library Staff look at this Feedback Forum. There is an email quoted: books at family search.org (you need to reformat this)
There is a catalog entry for another item with similar name, perhaps a relative? and available in the FamilySearch Digital Library.
"A. C. Peterson, citizen of three nations : including origins of the family in Denmark and Utah" The catalogue entry says "Andrew Christian Peterson was born 6 April 1856 in Veser Ligaard, Rønbjerg, Denmark"
