Unworkable New Family Search System

I started doing Family History in 1993 and now have more than 84,000 names in my Ancestral Quest file. Of these 84,000 names I have probably submitted more than 40,000 for Temple ordinance work. I have several boxes of cards and completed sheets of work that has been done. When I would open up my Family Search File, I would have the system download my Reserved name file so that I could see all my reserved names. When I would get 45 names, I would print them and then quickly transfer them to the Temple reserve file. I could easily monitor the work being done by others as well as the work being done in the temples around the world. But your new system seems to be so unworkable that I will no longer submit names to the temple. I will continue to do family history and will put the names in the Family History file, but I will not submit the names for the temple ordinances because I cannot monitor them.. These dear people will have to continue waiting for others to submit the names or until you make the system much easier to work with. I suspect that there are many others who are struggling with your unworkable system like I am and they will come to the same conclusion. That means that when the temples open back up you will soon run out of names to send to the many temples. Rather than further this important work, your new system will greatly hinder it. I beg you to rethink you changes and revert back to the old system or to a more workable modified system. Thank you David G. Calderwood
