Sharon Lee Snider said: This is a new problem. I am a long time experienced Family History Consultant. As a Family History Consultant, I will at times assist a Ward member using the "Helper" feature. Lately when I attempt to add a discovered record from the Library Catalog my "helper" status leaves when I go to the Catalog. This then results in the inability to save the record to the tree of the person I am helping. Why? How do we resolve this. PLEASE.
