Not sure if my wife has quite gotten the spirit of family history dialed in quite right....

Sooo...
We're watching Mission Impossible:Fallout on New Years eve, and my wife suddenly exclaims, I'm related to Ethan Hunt! (through her Mother's maiden name - Hunt).
I turn to her, and I'm like WHAAAAAT??? *SERIOUSLY*???
I am NOT taking her to Rootstech with this info! (If ever I can get the "financial permission" to go...)
For me, this is WORSE than saying you've found documented proof back to Adam.
(Head bowed... I'm so ashamed... SOOO ashamed! I'm going to ask for a release from my Ward Temple and Family History Leader calling! I mean, if I can't teach within the walls of my own home...)
I turn back to the ending credits scrolling by, and think to myself, "2020 just HAS to be better than this!"
And then she tells me she's just kidding. And pushing my family history buttons.
(okay, maybe I *AM* a little tightly wound up about this... :-) )
Happy New Years, all!
And thank you for your assistance and demonstrating your diligence in the family history effort!
And if you've read down this far...and haven't gotten it yet, "Ethan Hunt" is the character played by Tom Cruise in the Mission Impossible movies.
