Joleen Joy Pearson said: SENDING AN EMAIL TO GRANT PERMISSION IN HELPER RESOURCES. When I send someone an email to request access to their Family Tree, the person receives the email, but when they click on Sign-in on the email to sign in to FamilySearch and grant permission, the screen does not name the person who wants permission, and the system says there is an error. This is an example of what it says, I, Fred Ross Pearson, allow to access my FamilySearch account. Then there is a blue link that says, "Grant Permission." It should say, I, Fred Ross Pearson, allow (the name of the person like Joleen Joy Pearson) to access my FamilySearch account. Then when the person clicks "Grant Permission" a pink message appears that says "An error occurred." It has been happening this way for several months. When will this be fixed? What is the problem?

I'm having trouble granting permission to a helper as well but my issue is a little different. I got the invitation link in my email and have no problems there but when I hit the blue button to give permission, the button then gets grayed out and there's a loading circle that never completes. This makes it impossible to add anyone as a helper or grant permissions to anyone for assistance. Is there any way around this?
