My question is, in Contact Us, Calls - I know people can enter the country they wish to call, when entering their telephone number, could it there be a box indication mobile or landline with a country prefix and area code automatically included before they enter their numbers so that when we are helping them we can see the correct numbers come up. Too many bad numbers or incorrectly entered numbers pop up and it makes it very hard to figure out where the caller is calling from or from what device they are using (mobile or landline). Thank you and I hope this option becomes available, it will be easier for the Support Center when assisting and I'm sure easy for the caller too.

Right now I do not think this is reliably possible. The problem is that numbers can be spoofed and we get calls all the time that look like they are local. The person on the other end, if you get to speak with a person, is located in some other part of the world.
Then you have VOIP calls. (Voice over IP, or calling using the internet), which is whole 'nother story. I will be looking into this when we move later this year because the phone companies are pricing themselves beyond reason. But for what I've looked at, it appears that I can 'port' my current telephone number to another carrier, even if I locate in a different area code. That would include using the internet as my voice provider.0
