Tom Huber said: I am sure that FamilySearch (FS) has considered providing such links, I seriously doubt that such links will be provided, and while FS encourages the use of Facebook and other social media sites, linking to those sites can be corrupted, leading to a site that is inappropriate for many people.0

Tom Huber said: Thanks Amy. I usually do not spend much time on the home page so did not see it there. FamilySearch's pages often hide links so I do not know if there is a place for those kinds of links. The Facebook Page would have to have been set up and maintained by FamilySearch or the Family History Department.
A quick look that shows social media icons are part of the Blog entries. The media includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit. These are meant to open the site and post something about that blog to that site, likely under your login to the site.0 -
