The light bulb function in Memories

To see the only other option one must click on More. Why not do away with More and just have the 2 options show up initially for everyone? It seems pointless to have More when there are only 2 options anyway.

You are likely working in the memories for a person from their profile page. You are correct that there is only one tip provided.

The other tip applies to the a different section of the page -- the banner and as suck it is something that can be accessible by pressing more on the memories page or the details page of the profile.

Combining the two would not make it possible for the same tip to appear as a tip for more than just one page.
